And here I’m today in @aloyoga but boxing like a champion !! To be honest it takes a village to come up with the mental strength, motivation and dedication to your work out routine!! It’s been one of the hardest accomplishment for me, everyday I wake up grateful that I have a perfect body to work out and a mind that I have to train to say yes, let’s do this!! It hasn’t been a day I really want to hit a fitness class but my will power for food “ carbs” it’s my biggest motivation. I’m Cuban and the whole dieting things it more like my culture to me , I often say to my friends. I’m a skinny b..$&t with a very very fat soul…… what’s your motivation to work out ??
