How to Style Monochromatic Outfits for Winter

Winter wear – a roundup of monochromatic outfits for winter!  Adding vibrancy and life to winter outfits with a burst of color.

As mentioned a few days ago, I’m so excited to share today’s post with you.  A full list of monochromatic outfits to bring cheer to cold winter days.  From blue to red to beige to green to yellow, these colors make winter dressing so much fun.

All of the colors are accompanied with outfit suggestions and a curated list of my favorite pieces based on the color story.  Putting this post together, I ended up ordering this grey ruffle sweater, blue block ribbed sweater, and these grey jeans.  I’m super excited to style them with and without the monochromatic theme!

Happy holidays and happy shopping everyone!  I hope you enjoyed this post!  So many great color combinations, so little warm temperatures.  The joys of winter in New York hehehe.

Wishing you a great holiday and thank you so much for being on this journey with me.  I’ve been blogging for 10 years now (I think?).  Crazy how time flies!  From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for all of your love and support.

Last night, I launched my side project that I’ve been silently ideating and working on since the summer. It’s been a long time coming and I’m so excited that it’s finally in the wild ? @skincontactnyc is a dinner and events series birthed out of my love for fucking good wines that are intimately connected to Mother Nature as they should be. Skin contact is a process in winemaking where grapes skins are steeped with their juice but also a euphemism for intimacy, something we could all use more of in New York :’) My hope for this series is to bring people together and breathe life into meaningful connections. To silence the noise and just be with diverse individuals over a beautiful meal with beautiful natural wines ?⁣ ⁣ Wine is one of those ubiquitous things that, for some reason, still remains elusive and somewhat elitist when it should really just be fun and approachable. I want to foster a community where we can simultaneously have fun and also learn about wine because we should always always always be students in some form ?⁣ ⁣ Thank you to these special people who made this launch dinner possible (this caption is about to be the longest one I’ve posted to date): @selrrose and @lovebymj for bringing my vision to life and for hosting me and 12 special, inspiring friends. @camilleriviereselection for being like a mentor/wine angel figure and trusting my platform to showcase your beautiful portfolio. My friends @themattkwan and @dylansprouse for your camaraderie and having @allwisemeadery at the dinner. @rachelsunae who designed these dainty and spot on florals for the dinner. All my friends who have nonstop supported me during the craziest past six months of my life. And thankful for ME for going at ideas that once intimidated me or mentally exhausted me. I hope you all strive to live a life of passion and pursuit. That’s all, kids. I love you ♥️ ⁣ Future dinners will be ticketed and open to the public so WATCH THIS SPACE @SKINCONTACTNYC @SKINCONTACTNYC @SKINCONTACTNYC. So many fun ideas brewing and on the horizon ??????
