New Mask, New Skin

Hello new skin!  That much needed healthy spring glow!

I’ve actually been extremely diligent about my skincare regimen.  One, because it’s still winter here (unfortunately, it’s still cold and wintery in NYC).  And two, because less is more.  I’m really focusing on giving my dull winter skin a new look and just focusing on the essentials.

I think Biossance was secretly listening in on my wish.  I love love masks!  They’re like a retreat for our face.  I also love masks, because it’s me-time.  A 15-minute moment of quality alone time with my thoughts (and with kitty cuddles if I’m lucky).  This Squalane + Vitamin C Rose Mask is exceptional!  It smells like heaven with pure 10% vitamin C and ginseng and rose oil.  A gel that transforms into a cream upon application and 15 minutes later – my skin looks and feels brighter and smoother.

And it keeps getting better.  There’s a deluxe size Squalane + Vitamin C Rose Oil with each mask!  So after the mask treatment, we can enjoy the super hydrating and soothing power of squalane plus Vitamin C plus rose oil.  I actually don’t have any face make-up on in the last picture.  And the reality is that my skin journey took months.  And by months, I mean 36 months.  It sounds crazy and extremely long, but that’s the reality.

I was very committed to using clean, non-toxic products, and sticking to the essentials.  I still use the Squalane + Vitamin C Rose Oil (it was one of the first products that Biossance launched) the every morning and night to this day, I switch between the Squalane + Probiotic Gel Moisturizer and Squalane + Omega Repair Cream depending on climate, and I use a mask once a week.  Over the months, I greatly notice a decrease in redness, my skin feels and looks more hydrated and radiant, and the best part, I can wear significantly less make-up and feel significantly more confident.

Thank you so much for reading!  And thank you for being on this journey with me!  See you soon on Wednesday!
