These are my gluten free and vegan go-to protein balls that I make before I travel! Super easy to make with only 7 ingredients and packed with flavour.
If you want to make them into a dessert, add a glaze and roll them in coconut.
For the Glaze:
In a small saucepan, melt 2 tbsp coconut oil with 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder and 1 tbsp maple syrup. Once melted remove from heat and whisk, it should thicken up! If not add a bit more protein powder. Drizzle on balls and pop in the freezer to harden.
