Health is not just about eatin chard n bananas n liftin weights etc. It’s also about being mindful about what you’re saying to others, how you’re speaking to yourself, your actions in your private life/work life, what relationships/things you keep, which ones you drop, and when you go to bed. It *should* allLlLLlll be coated in positivity in order for you to truly nourish yourself, holistically. (*=the word should is kinda hard and fast, but you know what I mean.💛) #putyourselffirstsometimes 🍌
