Perhaps it’s the weather getting colder, the heralds of winter and the quiet hints of Christmas time approaching, all the things that make me want to bundle up with a hot cup of tea and a book. It’s all a mindset – so easy to fall into melancholy, dropping like the changing leaves. Late autumn is always like this for me. Either I revel in the cold mornings or curse them. This year I want to celebrate them all. I’ll find comfort in my cafes and share them with you. One more hot cup for me then I’ll begin my day.

Seoul is a city full of movement and noise, streets of people hurrying from one place to another. We lose ourselves in this concrete jungle from time to time. So I introduce this airy, bright and leafy oasis to my fellow Seoulites, somewhere you can go to get away from it all. It’s beautiful and open, with plenty of seating, Cigarettes After Sex playing from the speakers. For a few hours in the morning, the whole place was mine. The coffee is good. The music is good. The interior is good.
