Editorial: 4 Classic Fall Outfits

When I think about fall, it’s inevitable that I think about change. For many of us, it’s more than a change of season: it’s a time where we feel pushed to reevaluate who we are and where we are spending our time and energy. However, even though so many things seem to change during this time, there’s one thing that stays the same for me season after season – my fall wardrobe staples. My top picks for the season are camel coats, neutral sweaters, white pants, and pearl earrings. These pieces never go out of style, and always remind me of old-school glamour: think Katherine Hepburn meets 2018.

In this edit, I’m wearing the coziest camel sweaters and pairing them with artful pearl earrings. Plus, I’ll show you how I create a monochromatic look by layering a classic blazer under a wool coat. However you pair your fall basics, just know that, with these pieces, you’ll never fail to feel elegant and at the top of your game – and you’ll feel warm and cozy the entire time.

I can guarantee you that the perfect neutral sweater is more reliable than your most recent Tinder match. At least there some things we can count on this season.

A camel coat is the #1 item I wear the most all throughout fall and winter. I highly recommend investing in one if you haven’t. Although they are more pricey, a good quality camel coat can last you many, many winters.

White Jeans

White pants for fall might seem a little unorthodox, but I’m currently obsessed with this look. I love how clean and put together it makes me feel.

Pearl Earrings

Pearl earrings are my secret weapon. They make any look – no matter how casual – feel polished and pulled together.
